Job Opening - Marketing Manager and Project Executive

Responsibilities

  • Market research, Releasing New Products/Apps in the market in Coordination with our Technical Team.
  • Translate and write contents about product description, product language file, reviews, news, etc
  • Test Digital Products/Apps from User’s Perspective and give suggestions to optimize and localize products.
  • Monitor, collect and analyze users' comment and feedback. Reply to users to establish the good brand, and collect the feedback to our developers for product improvement.
  • Developing and updating the social media strategy for global market.
  • Plan and coordinate global social media campaigns that support ODL brand together with partners, attracting new users, high engagement levels.
  • Promote ODL brand online; effectively support ODL in developing partnerships with identified key influencers on social media channels.
  • Monitor trends in social media channels and the competition; be aware of market changes and developments; apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of social media efforts.
  • Coordinate the content plan with the relevant team to guarantee best possible engaging content. Manage Product releasing calendar.
  • Define, track, and report performance of social media metrics for campaigns and ongoing social media initiatives.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders across all functions to ensure best result through cross-departmental synergies.
  • Marketing Department management
  • Create online marketing strategies to increase traffic, engagement and ultimately leads
  • Analyze marketing data and information ensuring ROI.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard the necessary personnel that will achieve both short and long-term goals.
  • Requirements

  • Having experiences on mobile App promotion and Digital marketing will be a plus. Fresh Graduates can apply.
  • Ability to think critically, analyze data and turn analysis into actionable programs
  • Open minded. Good interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibilities
  • Strong attention to details and strive for excellence. Able to manage multiple project, work under pressure and produce results
  • BBA/MBA or relevant Business related Field
  • Social media experience, especially Facebook/Twitter/YouTube/Instagram experience is highly appreciated.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Great passion for Product Operations.
  • Well-developed understanding and knowledge of digital marketing techniques.
  • Creative, pro-active, calm under pressure and fantastic interpersonal skills;
  • Strong project management and organization skills;
  • Fair technical knowledge and can pick up new tools quickly.
  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
  • Working knowledge of current and emerging trends and technologies
  • Understanding of content marketing, blogger relations, and email marketing is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and business software’s.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
